When you use Raise to pay in-store or online, you are buying a gift card for a particular merchant. All gift card purchases are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please review the merchant’s redemption terms and rules before purchasing. These can be found by tapping on Brand Terms at the bottom of the amount input page, or by visiting the merchant’s website. All gift cards are subject to that individual merchant’s terms and conditions.
